To prepare for the event, the president relies on an organizing committee of about twenty people who work throughout the year.

EDITORIAL

"Dear runner,

More than 29,000 runners crossed the finish line this Sunday, October 12, 2025, under a radiant sun with a record female participation of 42% making this 47th edition a true moment of sharing, self-improvement and solidarity. This year, we have implemented several significant new features:

A reinforced wheelchair tray, in connection with the signing of an agreement with the French Handisport Federation;

The inspiring participation of an extraordinary athlete, Clément Gass, a blind runner, covered the 20km in 1 hour and 38 minutes, without assistance. ;

An optimized hydration device, with reinforced points every 3 km to permanently eliminate plastic (bottles and cups);

An increase in the number of successive waves, with reduced numbers per wave, guaranteeing better fluidity and more harmonious management of the peloton from the first meters;

The opportunity offered to 12 runners to give meaning to their race by accompanying the two joëlettes entered by the Paris 20km team ;

More than 35 joëlettes at the startgiving this moment a strong and emotionally rich character.

The solidarity dimension is at the heart of our commitment. Thanks to collective involvement, Over €100,000 will be donated to causes of general interest. including €80,000 to our major partner associationThe Cornflower of France, which supports victims of war and acts of terrorism, as well as their families. As for Cheer up (association “Kids”), it will receive a donation of €5,000 for its actions in favor of children.

I would like to warmly thank all those who made this race a wonderful human adventure:

  • the runners, for their spirit, their energy and their commitment;
  • the volunteers, for their unfailing dedication and their contagious good humor;
  • our partners, for their constant trust and support.

This success is a reward for more than a year of intense work by the members of the organizing committee (volunteers and permanent staff), whom I wish to thank for the trust they have placed in me for so many years.

I am proud of them, of their energy, their spirit, and their commitment. VYou made October 12th a collective success.

See you on October 11, 2026!«

Didier ECK, President of the 20km of Paris

CHARITY SUPPORT

Solidarity has always been at the heart of the 20km de Paris since its inception, through the annual donation of funds to numerous charities. This year's race will be no exception to our tradition, and we will be delighted to support several organizations.

Placed under the sign of "new breath", this 48th edition of the Harmonie Mutuelle 20km de Paris honors a cause that perfectly embodies this theme.

In 2026, the supported association is the Grégory Lemarchal Association, committed since its creation to advancing medical research on cystic fibrosis, to improving the daily lives of patients but also to raising awareness of organ donation.

For each registration, €3 per bib and €12 per pack will be donated to the association in order to advance research and bring a real breath of life to those who fight the disease every day.
