1 – Registrations
How to get an elite bib?
To be eligible for an Elite bib, it is necessary to have achieved during the last 3 years, a performance lower than one of the times indicated in the table below.

Proof of performance must be provided to validate your registration.
Can I give away or resell my bib?
In accordance with our rules, it is strictly forbidden to give away or resell your bib, at any time, with the exception of our official bib resale platform if it is implemented.
Race bibs are personalized and non-transferable. In case of a breach of the rules, the race jury may disqualify the runner and ban them for life from future editions of the 20km de Paris.
Registrations are closed, but I would like to participate. What to do ?
As stipulated in the regulations, the transfer or purchase of bibs is prohibited. The organization may set up an official bib resale platform. However, this option is not guaranteed for every edition.
Can I register on site when picking up bibs?
It is not possible to register on site.
What are the terms and conditions for reimbursement of my registration?
All registrations are firm and final and cannot be refunded for any reason, however, when you register, you have the option of obtaining cancellation insurance by subscribing to the "Pass Event J" option. 'like running' from our partner FFA.
If you are an FFA licensee, your license includes cancellation insurance for your participation in events.

Can I volunteer on the race?
With great pleasure, all goodwill is welcome! Several missions are offered on the day of the race but also during the week preceding this day.
Registration opens towards the end of May via our website (volunteers tab). To carry out your mission, you will receive a kit provided by our equipment supplier.
Do you offer accommodation for the race?
You have the possibility to book a hotel near the start at advantageous rates on our website a few months before the race.
Who can register?
The event is open to all runners, whether licensed with the FFA or not, from the age of 18.
Licensees must present their sports license valid on the date of the event, issued by an approved federation only (list in the appendix to the regulations), on which must appear, by any means, the mention of no contraindication to the practicing sport in competition or running (or athletics) in competition.
Those without a license will have to present a PPS dated less than three months before the race.
What is the registration fee?
The first 2,000 bibs are at € 55, the next 3,000 to € 59, the next 3,000 to € 65then € 71 until all the bibs are sold out.

How to pay?
Payment is made by credit card directly on the internet (secure transaction).
How to get a prime bib ?
You must, when registering, present proof of performance less than 3 years old on the date of the race and relating to a competition of at least 20 kilometers.

How do I register for Handisport?
You can register directly online, taking care to check "handisport athlete" in the registration form and provide proof.
I can no longer participate in the race. What can I do ?
If you are simply unavailable or unable to travel to Paris, you can request to switch your registration to our connected version of the 20km of Paris.
2 – The race
Do you have pacemakers?
Yes, we have pacers that you can recognize by the banners they carry indicating the time they will take to complete the 20 km.
What is a pacemaker?
The pacemaker is a runner who will lead the runners at a given pace to race in a given time. Stand close to him and don't take your eyes off him.
Do you have showers?
No, we do not have a device that can offer you showers. The best is to provide wipes in your bag.
Can I listen to music while running?
Headphones or audio earpieces are authorized under the rider's responsibility. However, for obvious safety reasons, the organization strongly advises against the use of headsets which could interfere with listening to one's own environment during the events.
Remember to be able to listen to the instructions that will be given to you at the start, on the course and at the finish.
Along the route, is there help in the event of a problem?
Yes, medical security adapted to the number of competitors and the duration of the race is provided at the start, at the finish and on the course. The health services may decide to disqualify a competitor for medical reasons.
Are there massages or treatments after the race?
Yes, once the effort is over, we give you an appointment at the Emile Anthoine stadium to receive, thanks to our wonderful masseurs and podiatrists, a massage and well-deserved treatments!
What is the date of the Harmonie Mutuelle 20KM race in Paris?
La 48ème The Harmonie Mutuelle 20km de Paris edition takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
What is the place and time of departure? And for the arrival?
The first departure will start on the Pont d'Iéna, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, at 9:00 p.m.. The arrival will take place at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
We advise you to come at the convocation time indicated on your withdrawal voucher to ensure easy access to the departure airlocks.
How do I get to the race?
We recommend public transport:
To access the start of the race, several choices: Champ de Mars – Eiffel Tower RER C station or Pont de l'Alma, Metro: Bir Hakeim (l.6) or Trocadéro (l.6 and l.9)
If you decide to come by car, know that youYou reprise the theme of the you will not find a car park near the start of the race.
What is the route?
It's a 20km loop through the streets of the capital.
Are there instructions for runners?
Free instructions will be made available to you. Close to the start and finish lines, they will allow you to drop off your bags before the race and pick them up after the race, on presentation of your deposit ticket.
Timetables for depositing bags at the lockers: Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. depending on the places available.
How are supplies going?
Refreshments will be located at km3, km6, km10, km12, km15, and km18, as well as at the finish line, at tables on both sides of the road. You will find water, fruit, and sugar there.
3 – Collection of bibs
When will I receive my withdrawal voucher for my bib?
You will receive your withdrawal voucher by e-mail one week before the day of the race.
If you do not receive this e-mail or even if you lose it, you can always download it from your runner profile.
What is written on my bib?
For individual bibs, it's the text you entered in the "personalization of your bib" field.
For group bibs it is the name of the group.
Where and when are bibs collected?
Bibs can be collected from the Race Village.
The Village will be open Friday, October 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
Important: no bib collection possible on Sunday morning!
Can I receive my bib by post?
Runners can request to have their race bib sent by mail by selecting the associated option.
Can I pick up someone else's bib number when I come to the “Vredestein 20km de Paris” Village?
Yes, you can collect a third party's bib in the village by bringing their collection slip and ID (only if their file is complete).
4 – Results
How does the timing system work?
A timing band, called B-Tag, will be stuck on your bib. Do not detach it, do not bend it, or cover it while running!
You will pass on a carpet at the start, every 5 kilometers and at the finish. If you do not run on the pavement or do not explicitly pass over these mats, you will not have split times and will be disqualified.
When will I have access to my results?
The results are published on our website. Provisional results are available on Sunday afternoon (race day), and the final, official results are available within a week.
Within 4 days of the race we will accept and process any complaints about the results. Beyond the 4 days, no more complaints will be taken into account and processed.
What are the rewards?
Cups are awarded to the first three finishers, scratch only, in each category (Men, Women and Handisport Wheelchair category). Prizes are awarded to the first five in the Men's and Women's categories and to the first three in the Wheelchair Handisport category, scratch only. A souvenir medal on arrival and a diploma to download after the race are given to each finisher.
5 – the village
What will I find in the village on Friday and Saturday when picking up my bib?
First of all, a team of enthusiastic volunteers will be there to welcome you with joy and good cheer! You will also be able to meet our partners, discover the charitable associations we support, exchange ideas with exhibitors passionate about the world of running and gather inspiration from various race organizations. Many activities await youand you will also be able to enjoy a dining area to satisfy small hunger pangs while sharing a friendly moment.
Is there entertainment for children in the village?
Yes, absolutely, many activities will be offered for children in the village.
Where can I find the map of this village?
You will be able to find it on our website a few days before its opening.
Is the village accessible on Sunday?
NOT, the village is not open to individual runners on Sunday morning but only to company runners who reserve a hospitality area.
6 – training
Do you offer training before the race?
Yes, in order to help you in your performance for the race but also in your sports year, we have set up training sessions from mid-May with our coach Benoit César. We also offer connected preparation races of 5km, 10km and 15km between April and the end of August for progressive preparation.
