the detailed route
The route is intended highlighting the most beautiful places in western Paris (Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Arc de Triomphe, Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros, Maison de la Radio, Grand Palais, Tuileries, Pont Royal, Berges Rive Gauche, etc.) while maintaining a significant level of security. For elites and competitors, the course is rolling and limited in restart. It is intended to continue in view of the satisfaction feedback we have received.
This route is intended to be festive thanks to the numerous musical activities that mark it for your greatest pleasure and gives you the pleasure of racking up the kilometers.
The departure configuration and 60 rhythmic waves of 500 runners every 2 minutes ensure excellent fluidity without traffic jams for the first few kilometers and without congestion on arrival!
You will take full advantage of the Bois de Boulogne for about 4km along the Allée de Longchamp and the Allée de la Reine Marguerite.
Leaving the Bois de Boulogne you will follow Roland Garros by the boulevard d'Auteuil, then you will take at the Porte Molitor, the boulevard Murat to take you to the roundabout of the Porte de Saint-Cloud in order to avoid getting zigzagging to reach the quays. This new part will be much smoother, with fewer turns and a short descent to reach the docks.
The rest of the route will take you to a great Parisian classic, the banks of the Seine! You will follow the Seine to the Pont Royal, passing by the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais, the Place de la Concorde and the Tuileries Gardens.
After crossing the Seine, you will follow it again on the banks to the Quai Branly.
A SOLIDARITY RACE
Placed under the sign of "new breath", this 48th edition of the Harmonie Mutuelle 20km de Paris honors a cause that perfectly embodies this theme.
In 2026, the supported association is the Grégory Lemarchal Association, committed since its creation to advancing medical research on cystic fibrosis, to improving the daily lives of patients but also to raising awareness of organ donation.
For each registration, €3 per bib and €12 per pack will be donated to the association in order to advance research and bring a real breath of life to those who fight the disease every day.
