The Harmonie Mutuelle 20km de Paris returns on Sunday, October 11, 2026 for its 48th edition and registration is already open!

Participating in the Harmonie Mutuelle 20km de Paris is a unique sporting experience , taking you through the iconic landmarks of western Paris. The race starts on the majestic Pont d'Iéna, and the Eiffel Tower will welcome the finishers in a spectacular finale . Along the way, you'll see the Trocadéro, the Arc de Triomphe, the Bois de Boulogne, Roland-Garros, the Maison de la Radio, the Pont Royal, and many other legendary sites. Throughout the course, orchestras and musical groups will provide the soundtrack to your run, making this a day of sport, celebration, and camaraderie. Preparation packs, including three races of 5, 10 and 15 km before the Harmonie Mutuelle 20 km de Paris, either in person or online, are now complete.


Registered participants will have the opportunity to prepare gradually by running wherever they wish, at their own pace, while following their ranking in real time.


At the end of the challenge, They will receive an exclusive Finisher trophy, composed of the four medals obtained throughout the competitions, a symbol of their commitment.

Placed under the sign of "new breath" , this 48th edition of the Harmonie Mutuelle 20km de Paris puts in the spotlight a cause that perfectly embodies this theme.

In 2026, the supported association is the Grégory Lemarchal Association , committed since its creation to advancing medical research on cystic fibrosis, to improving the daily lives of patients, but also to raising awareness of organ donation.

For each registration, €3 per bib and €12 per pack will be donated to the association to advance research and bring a real breath of life to those who fight against the disease every day.
